Functions For Dial Caliper:
The Dustproof and Double Shock-Proof Dial Caliper is a high-precision measuring tool with the following features:
1. Dustproof Function: The rack is located at the bottom of the caliper, preventing dust from entering the measurement system and ensuring long-term measurement accuracy.
2. Double Shock-Proof Function: Enhanced shock-resistant design effectively reduces the impact of external vibrations on measurement results, increasing durability and precision.
Usage For Dial Caliper:
1. Clean the Caliper: Ensure the caliper is clean and free of dust before use.
2. Zero Calibration: Close the caliper jaws and check if the dial pointer aligns with the zero mark. If there is a deviation, perform zero adjustment.
3. Measuring:
*Internal Measurement: Insert the caliper jaws into the hole to be measured, gently expand the jaws, and read the value.
*External Measurement: Open the caliper jaws, place the object to be measured between the jaws, gently close the jaws, and read the value.
*Depth Measurement: Use the depth gauge to measure the depth of holes or recesses.
Reading: Read the measurement result from the dial pointer, with an accuracy of up to 0.01mm.
